CAO gebonden, dus daar zit weinig verschil in. Zoek maar eens op CAO universiteiten, hoogleraren zitten dan in schaal 15.

Ah well; mijn enige punt van vergelijking was dat toen ik gevraagd werd voor een adjunct-docent positie, ze er bij zeiden dat het misschien niet zo goed betaalde als andere opties (die ik nog niet eens bekeken had, maar soit) maar...

Het valt eigenlijk best mee en ligt vooral aan het veld waarin je werkt. Als gewoon docent verdien je al tussen de 3k en 4.2k per maand met vakantie en eindejaarsuitkering. Ligt ver boven modaal in elk geval :)
